About the Role

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a dedicated and professional Call Centre Agent to join our Line 1 support team. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and is looking to start their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. The main purpose of this role is to deliver superior service and support to both our internal and external customers through various channels including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and assist customers with their queries and concerns.
  • Provide effective telephonic solutions, including troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Respond to and resolve written correspondence and website inquiries from customers.
  • Action and update customer requests accurately on our Listener system.
  • Perform follow-up administrative duties such as emailing, completing paperwork, and liaising with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet service level expectations, quality standards, and productivity targets.
  • Take ownership of escalated customer queries, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and followed up on.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric certificate is essential.
  • Must be computer literate with a good understanding of basic software applications.
  • Previous customer service experience in a call centre environment is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
