Job Purpose
Provide customer support for public transport services and assist users with the EMV card fare payment system.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer public enquiries about public transport services and the EMV card.
- Educate customers on how to use the EMV card at eThekwini Transport Authority Customer Care Centres.
- Process applications for concession travel cards for pensioners, disabled and scholars.
- Handle replacement of damaged or defective EMV cards and transfer remaining value to new cards.
- Maintain an organised filing system.
- Keep records of queries/requests and report their status.
- Refer queries that cannot be resolved to appropriate personnel.

Essential Requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 months relevant experience.
- Computer literacy.
