A vacancy exists for an experienced Sales Coordinator at our client’s office in Tulisa Park. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately manage all sales order inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain precise and consistent pricing for customers, fostering transparency and trust.
- Analyze and generate technical drawings (AutoCAD proficiency advantageous).
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotes to provide customers with clear pricing information.
- Process customer orders with precision, ensuring smooth order management and seamless coordination with the factory.
- Monitor production schedules daily to ensure accuracy and timely execution of orders.
- Arrange reliable courier services for order delivery, ensuring efficient shipping.
- Deliver exceptional client service to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Proactively follow up on sales activities, order statuses, and delivery dates to ensure timely updates.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments.
Key Requirements
- Solid technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate technical details effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to convey information and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks and documentation.
