Position Summary
Eskom is offering an exciting learnership opportunity for aspiring technicians at its Matimba Power Station in Limpopo. This program is designed to provide institutionalised and on-the-job training to develop skilled professionals in the energy sector. Successful candidates will be placed in one of the following specializations:
- Electrical (2 positions)
- Fitting (2 positions)
- Control & Instrumentation (C&I) (2 positions)
Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will be afforded comprehensive institutionalised training combined with practical on-the-job experience to develop the necessary skills and competencies for a technical career at Eskom.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
A fully completed S4 or S5 qualification in one of the following fields:
- Electrical Engineering
- Power Electronics
- Chemical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
Experience:
No previous experience required. This is an entry-level learnership position.
