Position Summary

Eskom is offering an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to join our Human Resources department as a Graduate in Training (GIT) at our Koeberg Power Station in the Western Cape. This position is designed to provide comprehensive institutionalized and on-the-job training to develop your skills in human resources management within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate in Training, you will be immersed in various aspects of human resources through:

• Structured learning programs designed to build HR competencies
• Practical on-the-job training across different HR functions
• Exposure to Eskom’s policies and procedures
• Participation in real-world HR projects and initiatives
• Collaboration with experienced HR professionals

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

• Fully completed B Degree in Human Resources Management OR
