Pest Control and Hygiene Assistant

About the role

Ecowize is seeking a dedicated Pest Control and Hygiene Assistant to support the maintenance and cleaning of our pest control and hygiene equipment. The successful candidate will help keep our facilities clean, sanitary and compliant with health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the service and cleaning of pest control and hygiene equipment.
• Service hygiene units such as Airfresh, Quadrasan, seat‑wipe units and hot‑air dryers.
• Conduct germicidal deep cleaning of toilets, washbasins and urinals.
• Manage sanitary/female bin service and maintenance.
• Perform appearance mat cleaning and upkeep.

What we’re looking for

Experience & qualifications

• Grade 12 (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in germicidal deep cleaning and hygiene washroom maintenance.
• Experience in the pest control and hygiene industry is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s licence.
