Position Overview

This learnership offers hands‑on training and real‑world experience in boilermaking under the guidance of experienced supervisors. The successful applicant will report to the HRD Officer or nominee.

Minimum Educational Requirements

• Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy

Recruitment Process

Applicants will be selected through the Dwarsrivier Chrome Mine Recruitment Operating Procedure. Evaluation will consider:

• Fit with the company’s values
• Medical fitness as required by the Mine Health and Safety Act 29/1996
• Compliance with the Employment Equity Plan and Mining Charter objectives

All shortlisted candidates may be required to attend psychometric and other relevant assessments. Criminal and credit checks may also be conducted.
