Job Overview

Motus Corporation is looking for a reliable and responsible Driver to work with Europcar in Cape Town. The driver will be responsible for maintaining vehicles, ensuring they are clean and in good working order, and delivering them to customers safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles to high standards.
• Perform quality checks: report any expired licence, damage or other issues.
• Refuel, check tyre pressure, and inspect oil, coolant and other fluids before and after each rental.
• Deliver vehicles to customers following company procedures.
• Handle vehicle returns, following company, quality control and claims procedures.
• Keep the yard and surrounding areas clean.
• Act ethically and protect company assets and customer interests.
• Carry out additional duties as requested.

Minimum Experience

At least 2 years of relevant driving experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s licence (not older than 2 years).
• Basic computer literacy.
• Fluency in English, able to communicate with customers effectively.
• Ability to read a map.

Working Conditions

The position may require working weekends, shifts, or overtime as needed.
