Job Summary
We are looking for a Dialer Administrator to support our collections and sales teams by developing, managing, and monitoring dialer strategies. This entry‑level role will provide essential tools and reporting to help achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute dialer campaigns for collections, sales, and operations.
- Distribute calls and leads efficiently among agents.
- Generate MIS reports on campaigns, staff utilisation, and capacity planning.
- Minimise agent and 시스템 downtime by creating balanced workloads.
- Provide proactive, innovative support to improve campaign performance.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate campaign tracking.
- Collaborate with IT and system teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Contribute to business results such as cash collection and lead conversion.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of dialer experience (essential).
- 2–3 years of experience in collections or operations (advantageous).
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with SQL or SAS.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
