JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Grade 12 Certificate with Mathematics, Life Sciences, Physical Science, and English
– Physical fitness to repeatedly lift heavy items (up to 25kg)
– Computer literacy (MS Office basics)
– Valid forklift operator license (advantageous)
– Trustworthiness and reliability
– Ability to work in cold storage environments (0-8°C)
– Availability for rotating shifts including weekends
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
– Receive and inspect incoming medical supplies
– Maintain organized storage according to pharmaceutical categories
– Rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) system
– Prepare orders for hospital distribution
– Conduct weekly stock counts with accuracy
– Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
– Maintain cold chain compliance for temperature-sensitive items
– Document all movements in SAP inventory system
– Identify and report damaged/expired stock
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
– Attention to detail in labeling and record-keeping
– Basic understanding of Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
– Team coordination in fast-paced environment
– Time management for priority deliveries
– Fluency in English and one local language
