A vacancy exists for an Insurance Administrator in Johannesburg. This role requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative and accounting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1-2 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential, with the ability to work on complex spreadsheets.
  • Experience with Accpac is a plus.
  • Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in managing debtor accounts and reconciliations.
  • Strong understanding of foreign creditors, foreign currency transactions, and VAT treatment.
  • Good knowledge of accounting processes and data integrity.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to resolve queries with both internal and external parties effectively.
  • Strong credit control experience and debtor reconciliation skills.
