Job Description

The Customer Engagement Agent will identify and create opportunities to connect with potential Sunbet customers at activations and events. By engaging clients during on‑site events, you will generate high‑quality leads and support the growth of the referral database for future acquisition activities. You will also provide administrative and support services that align with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage on‑site activations and events to strengthen relationships with current and potential Sunbet customers.
  • Generate and record leads from activations, ensuring accurate data capture and follow‑up.
  • Persuade clients to open Sunbet accounts by explaining product benefits and features.
  • Assist customers with placing online sports and casino bets, offering guidance and education.
  • Troubleshoot technical or account queries and seek support from relevant departments when necessary.
  • Collect and verify new customer FICA documentation.
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts to secure referrals and future business.
  • Prepare activation schedules, logistics plans, and venue booking details.
  • Conduct pre‑activation checks to ensure venue arrangements meet Sunbet standards.
  • Track daily lead generation metrics and report results to management.
  • Complete post‑activation administrative tasks, such as attendance records and lead summaries.
  • Represent Sunbet at VIP events to promote brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Provide constructive feedback on campaigns and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Grade 12 education required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, contact centre, or sales.
  • Interest or experience in sports will be considered an advantage.
