What You’ll Do
- Participate in a structured 12‑month internship focused on HR Shared Services.
- Receive training and mentorship from experienced HR professionals.
- Engage in day‑to‑day HR processes, customer service and people‑centric initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across office and virtual settings.
- Contribute fresh ideas to improve service delivery and employee experience.
What We’re Looking For
- South African ID – proof of eligibility to work in South Africa.
- Recent graduate or final‑year student in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Enthusiastic, motivated and ready to learn.
- Ability to work closely with others and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
Deliverables & Skills
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training and employee relations.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops and performance reviews.
- Show initiative, adaptability and a collaborative mindset.
