Stefanutti Stocks Inland Accounts Department is seeking a Creditors Clerk for a permanent position. The role involves full management of the creditors function, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of accounts against supplier statements.
Key Responsibilities
- Match and capture supplier invoices to orders and goods receipt notes.
- Reconcile statements with supplier accounts.
- Act as liaison between sites and suppliers.
- Resolve supplier queries promptly.
- File and maintain reconciliation documents.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Deadline‑driven and organized.
- Experience with Buildsmart software is an advantage.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Good problem‑solving abilities.
- High attention to detail.
