Fidelity Services Group is looking for a detail‑oriented Collections Specialist to join our team in our N1 City office. In this role, you will manage and optimise our accounts receivable process to support the company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively contact clients to follow up on outstanding payments and negotiate payment plans.
• Analyse account balances to identify delinquent accounts and develop resolution strategies.
• Use strong communication and negotiation skills to secure timely collections.
• Keep accurate, up‑to‑date records of all collection activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment issues and improve cash flow.
• Prepare and send collection letters and notices as needed.
• Monitor payment status and update the collection database promptly.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on collection progress.

Experience and Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Previous experience in collections or accounts receivable preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building rapport with clients.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collection software.
• Knowledge of collection laws and regulations is an advantage.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
• Position based in N1 City.
