Role Overview
The Corporate Affairs Graduate will join our Corporate Communications and Stakeholder Engagement team. Over a 24‑month rotational programme you will support day‑to‑day operations, build stakeholder relationships, and help strengthen Haleon’s reputation. You will gain hands‑on experience in a multinational environment and develop a strong foundation for a successful career.
Your Key Contributions
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Corporate Affairs team.
- Draft, edit and format internal and external communications.
- Assist with stakeholder engagement activities and professional communication.
- Coordinate logistics for corporate events, meetings and engagements.
- Maintain accurate records, databases and contact lists for stakeholders and projects.
- Monitor media, industry trends and stakeholder sentiment to inform strategy.
- Create presentations, reports and briefing materials for leadership.
- Support corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and internal campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging aligned with the Win as One strategy.
- Contribute to the execution of Haleon MEA Corporate Affairs strategy.

Who You Are
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic media literacy and understanding of media relations.
- Digital and social media communication experience.
- Awareness of issues and crisis situations.
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management.
- Solid research and analytical abilities.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Communications, Corporate Communications, Public Relations or a related field. Academic transcripts are required with your CV.
- Language: Written and spoken fluency in English.
- Experience: At least one year of relevant experience.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
- Attributes: Highly organized, detail oriented, able to manage multiple priorities. Self‑driven, proactive and eager to learn.
