Position Overview:
We seek a dedicated Officer: Complaints to join our Strategy and Transformation division. This role focuses on maintaining compliant systems for managing stakeholder concerns and improving service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations into formal complaints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant documentation
- Prepare detailed responses and resolutions for complainants
- Maintain comprehensive complaint tracking systems with real-time updates
- Develop organizational guidelines for complaint resolution processes
- Analyze complaint patterns to identify systemic improvements
- Provide expert guidance to staff on complaint resolution best practices
- Produce regular reports for management review
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with RAF policies and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in Law, Compliance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in complaint resolution or claims management
- Proven track record in investigative processes
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks
