Position Overview:

We seek a dedicated Officer: Complaints to join our Strategy and Transformation division. This role focuses on maintaining compliant systems for managing stakeholder concerns and improving service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations into formal complaints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant documentation
  • Prepare detailed responses and resolutions for complainants
  • Maintain comprehensive complaint tracking systems with real-time updates
  • Develop organizational guidelines for complaint resolution processes
  • Analyze complaint patterns to identify systemic improvements
  • Provide expert guidance to staff on complaint resolution best practices
  • Produce regular reports for management review
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with RAF policies and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in Law, Compliance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in complaint resolution or claims management
  • Proven track record in investigative processes
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks
