We are offering an exciting 12-month learnership opportunity within our Corporate Services team through our Compass Learnership Program. This program is designed to help you find clear direction and purpose in your career path.

The successful candidate will be required to commit to the full 12-month program. During this time, you will gain invaluable hands-on work experience while simultaneously completing an Accredited NQF Level 4 Qualification.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys tackling new challenges daily, and is passionate about contributing to positive change in South Africa.

Requirements

Qualifications and Abilities / Skills:

• A qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or a closely related field.
• A valid driver’s license and own vehicle is highly advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
