About the Compass Learnership Program
Join the Compass Learnership Program to find direction and purpose in your career. This is an incredible opportunity to gain valuable work experience while completing an accredited NQF Level 4 qualification. We are offering one 12-month learnership within our Finance Asset Management team. The successful candidate must be able to commit to the full 12-month program.

Key Responsibilities
While on the learnership, you will be immersed in the daily operations of the Asset Management team, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to meaningful projects.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Property Studies, Quantity Surveying, Construction Studies, Economics, or Finance (an Honours degree is preferred)
- A strong quantitative background
- A valid driver’s license (own vehicle is advantageous)
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
