About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Admin Assistant to support the Key Account Manager in our Sales Department. The successful candidate will work closely with national and regional customers, help manage daily sales data, and ensure smooth communication between sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of point‑of‑material for the assigned account portfolio.
  • Support the Key Account Manager with order intake from national and regional clients to drive volume growth.
  • Maintain the B2B ordering system – identify and resolve pricing discrepancies through daily checks.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve historical pricing claims, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Review daily reports (e.g., out‑of‑stock, sales performance, new store openings, sales outage data) and highlight execution gaps and opportunities.
  • Organise internal and external customer meetings; prepare post‑meeting reports with critical action items.
  • Assist with administrative tasks for strategic projects, such as new product launches.
  • Track and review channel/customer business plans regularly to ensure delivery of identified opportunities.
  • Assess promotional grid outcomes to capture opportunities identified through category data.
  • Facilitate internal engagements and keep the Key Account Manager informed of updates from marketing, Monster Energy, The Coca‑Cola Company, E‑Commerce, Prenbev, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • National Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years of administrative experience in a sales environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and solid organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
