Role Purpose

Guided by the FRG Promises, the Client Service Consultant is responsible for maintaining a high standard of client service within the Foreign Exchange Product House. The role involves providing customers with excellent service by ensuring they are served promptly, their needs are understood, and their requests are processed efficiently. You will also apply appropriate sales processes within the unit to achieve sales targets and convert leads into sales by opening active accounts to meet annual objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with queries related to Forex payments (both inward and outward).
  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds clients’ expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance to clients.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with client accounts through open and professional interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Go the extra mile to engage clients effectively.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

  • A minimum of a Grade 12 certificate or a relevant tertiary qualification.
  • 1–2 years of experience in dealing with high-level client queries related to Forex payments in a Client Care or Call Centre environment.
  • Experience in the Financial Services or Banking industry (preferred).
  • An understanding of processing Forex payments (inward and outward).
