A vacancy exists for a Client Liaison Specialist at a global leader in the corporate real estate industry, specializing in flexible workplace solutions. This role involves managing and liaising with customers seeking office space to meet their business needs.
Minimum Requirements
- The successful candidate must have a Matric qualification.
- A tertiary qualification or diploma is preferred but not essential.
- Previous sales experience within property brokerage, commercial real estate, rental office, flexible property space, or a related industry is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Salesforce are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their office space requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing and accurate information during the onboarding process for new tenants.
- Recommend serviced office solutions based on client needs, budget, and location.
- Provide ongoing support and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage both inbound and outbound business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and maintain relationships with tenants, workspace managers, landlords, and property owners.
