Position Overview
We need two friendly, dependable Shop Assistant Cashiers for our Park Meadows store. Your core duties will involve processing sales, handling cash, enrolling new clubcard members, promoting promotions, and keeping the store welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process all sales using the POS system.
- Safely manage cash and complete daily drawer tasks.
- Enrol new customers into the Clicks Clubcard and achieve participation targets.
- Inform customers about current promotions and product offers.
- Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
- Support general housekeeping and stock replenishment duties.
- Represent the Clicks brand and contribute to the store’s customer‑first vision.
Required Knowledge
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Understanding of FMCG retail and merchandising principles.
- Knowledge of stock control procedures.
- Awareness of customer service best practices.

Experience

Education
Minimum: Grade 12.
