Position Summary

This role is part of the Wholesale & Retail Trade sector, specifically within FMCG retail. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service at the point of sale, managing transactions accurately, and promoting Clicks’ clubcard membership.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all point‑of‑sale operations quickly and accurately.
• Scan merchandise and collect payments with precision, including processing clubcard rewards.
• Handle cash safely and responsibly.
• Actively promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to meet participation targets.
• Inform customers about promotions to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the brand as a friendly, professional ambassador.
• Maintain merchandising standards and general housekeeping in the store.
• Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and events to provide accurate information.
