About the Role
The Junior Call Centre Consultant will deliver professional, effective and efficient customer service for Clicks Direct Medicine (CDM). Based at Lea Glen, Roodepoort, you will report to the Service Centre Supervisor and play a key role in increasing company sales and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Accurately capture orders on the CDM online system.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to maximise sales and meet individual and departmental targets.
- Make outbound calls within cut‑off times to achieve sales goals.
- Follow Good Wholesale and Distribution practices.
- Adhere to CDM SOPs during all call handling.
- Document and report any errors to the Manager by the end of each cut‑off.
- Meet operational cost containment targets and deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric or NQF Level 4.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Pharmaceutical distribution experience is advantageous.
Skills & Knowledge
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
- Good understanding of contact centre procedures.
