Position Overview

We are looking for four General Workers to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. The role involves the maintenance of public spaces, parks, and horticultural facilities across Region 3.

• Salary Range: R159 936.00 – R186 936.00 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct general horticultural maintenance in public open spaces and horticultural facilities.
• Clean parks and traffic islands.
• Maintain open spaces in remote areas.
• Remove invasive plants and alien plant material.
• Weed control.
• Collect litter and rubbish.

Requirements

• Basic literacy skills.
• Physical fitness with no back problems.
• Willingness to work shifts, standby, and overtime as required.
• Criminal record check and fingerprinting will be conducted at own cost.
• Experience and knowledge in horticultural maintenance is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of pool maintenance is desirable.
