Position Overview

We are looking for reliable, customer‑friendly cashiers to join our Evergreens team in Kempton Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately scanning items, handling payments, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Scan all items with precision and handle payments in full.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any queries during checkout.
• Maintain a clean, organised cash register area.
• Reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.

Requirements

• Matric National Senior Certificate (NSC) – Pass.
• At least 60 % in Mathematical Literacy **or** at least 50 % in Mathematics.
• Will not be considered if Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy was not taken in matric.
• Must submit a certified copy of both your matric certificate and South African ID with your application.
• No drug use and a clear criminal record are mandatory.
