Job Purpose
Recruit new students by applying the Rosebank College methodology, managing stakeholder relationships, and increasing brand awareness.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Cold Calling: Contact existing students and their families for referrals and sibling enrollment; revive inactive leads; reach out to prospective students to promote the college.
- Telephonic Consultations:
- Make the first call to introduce the brand.
- Invite prospects to telephonic interviews about career pathways.
- Explain the interview process and capture details in the database.
- Present the Rosebank College philosophy and discuss course options.
- Answer questions, address concerns, and build rapport.
- Inform prospects of application deadlines and acceptance procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (NQF Level 4)
- Sales qualification preferred
- At least 1 year of sales experience
