About the Programme
Boxer Superstores is launching its 2025 Graduate Programme – a one‑year apprenticeship run in partnership with the Wholesale and Retail SETA. The programme is designed for recent graduates who are ready to kick‑start their careers in a dynamic retail environment.
Available Disciplines
- Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
- Business Administration
- Sustainability / Environmental Studies
Key Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day departmental activities, including data analysis and report generation.
- Apply academic knowledge to real business challenges.
- Participate in ongoing mentorship and training sessions.
- Engage in regular performance reviews to track progress and set goals.
Eligibility
- Completed a bachelor’s degree in OHS, Business Administration, or Sustainability/Environmental Studies.
- No more than two years of post‑graduate work experience.
- Immediate availability – start date 1 December 2025.
- One of the vacancies requires a valid driver’s licence.
- Documents required: updated CV, latest transcripts, copy of bachelor’s degree or equivalent certificate.
