Job Description
Fidelity Services Group (Pty) Ltd is looking for a Box Room Controller to join our Port Elizabeth branch. The role involves securing, receiving, and distributing consignments and managing the vault room operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain vault room procedures.
- Plan vault room schedules for internal and external teams.
- Receive and distribute consignments to and from teams.
- Scan, sort, balance, and lock consignments.
- Perform documentation, administration, and search duties.
- Work at night and under pressure as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Clear criminal record.
- PSIRA accreditation with a minimum Grade C (advantageous).
- At least 1 year of experience in the security industry or a related role.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work at night.
- Physically fit and willing to work overtime.
