Job Purpose

Provide administrative support to the Humansdorp livestock team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate administrative processes.
  • Capture and distribute invoices and credit notes.
  • Administer auctions and reconcile auction data.
  • Keep detailed records of client lists.
  • Prepare and manage auction programmes.
  • Implement amendments to auction schedules.
  • Perform receptionist duties where necessary.
  • Handle general administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a National Diploma in Business Administration (N6) or equivalent.
  • Seeking experiential training to obtain a diploma.
  • Fluency in both Afrikaans and English.
  • Valid driver’s licence.

Skills

  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Problem‑solving and conflict‑management skills.
