Job Description
Bidvest Prestige Warehouse is looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to support our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will help keep the warehouse running smoothly by handling a range of administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the warehouse management team.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations and documents.
- Maintain accurate records and file documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Help with data entry and record keeping.
- Track office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning and filing.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an administrative or office assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
