Job Purpose

Bidvest International Logistics is offering a unique opportunity for unemployed youth to join our YES Programme for 2025. This collaborative initiative, in partnership with government, aims to reduce youth unemployment and provide valuable industry experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
• South African citizen.
• Aged 18 to 34.
• Aligned with the EE requirements of the programme.
• Unemployed and not enrolled in any academic studies for 2024.
• Unavailable for the Programme’s 12‑month duration; full‑time commitment required.
• Never participated in a YES Programme with any company.
• Valid code 08 driver’s licence.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete a 12‑month YES Programme comprising 25 modules of theoretical and practical learning.
• Use the YES Platform to track progress and submit a portfolio of evidence upon completion.

• Professional appearance, behaviour, and communication within a corporate environment.
• Basic computer literacy.
