Eligibility Criteria

• Completed Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) or equivalent.
• South African citizen.
• Age between 18 and 34 years.
• Aligned with the EE (Equal Employment) requirements of the programme.
• Fully available for 12 months of full‑time work.
• Interested in the transport and logistics sector.
• Unemployed and not enrolled in any academic studies during the programme.
• First‑time participant in the YES Programme with any company.

Programme Highlights

The YES Programme includes 25 modules that combine theoretical learning with practical work experience. Participants will:

• Complete all modules on the YES learning platform.
• Develop a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate skills gained.
• Receive mentorship and support from experienced logistics professionals.
• Earn a certificate of completion at the end of the 12‑month term.
