About the Role
Bidvest International Logistics is offering a 12‑month fixed‑term contract as part of our Youth Employment Services (YES) Programme for 2025/2026. The role is based at Runway Park Chemicals in Durban Mobeni, KwaZulu‑Natal and is part of the Warehousing department.

Programme Overview
The YES Programme is a partnership with government to alleviate youth unemployment. Participants will complete 25 modules that combine theoretical learning and practical work experience. At the end of the programme, participants will submit a portfolio of evidence and receive a certification.
Eligibility Criteria
- Completed Grade 12 or equivalent Senior Certificate
- South African citizen
- Age 18–34
- Aligned with the Employment Equity (EE) requirements of the Programme
- Unemployed and not studying in 2026
- Not previously part of a YES Programme with any company
- Committed to full‑time work for 12 months
- Avid interest in the transport and logistics industry
Key Responsibilities
- Commit to the 12‑month YES Programme
- Complete 25 modules via the YES Platform
- Compile and submit a portfolio of evidence upon completion
