About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer Graduate to join our dynamic team. This role is designed to provide you with a comprehensive foundation in software development within a fast-paced and supportive environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to real projects and gaining invaluable hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Development: Assist in writing, modifying, and maintaining code for various software applications. You will be assigned specific tasks and features to work on under the guidance of senior team members.
- Software Design: Support senior team members in designing, developing, modifying, implementing, and supporting software components across the entire software stack.
- Coding and Testing: Develop and implement code changes in accordance with established coding standards and guidelines. Your duties will include producing clean, efficient code, automating tasks through appropriate tools and scripting, and developing and monitoring CI/CD pipelines. You will also review and debug code and perform validation and verification testing to ensure all outputs meet our high-quality standards. A key part of this role is collaborating with the wider team to successfully integrate components into larger systems.
- Communication: Engage directly with IT management, development teams, technical delivery teams, and vendors to ensure the successful design, development, and delivery of technology-based solutions. You will also be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information related to development and service issues.
