Key Responsibilities

• Log and track all support tickets using the helpdesk system.
• Coordinate and follow up on queries, ensuring they are escalated to the correct teams and resolved within agreed SLAs.
• Communicate regularly with business stakeholders and clients to keep them updated on ticket status and progress.
• Monitor the flow of work within business processes to improve efficiency and identify bottlenecks.
• Schedule and manage timelines for any stakeholder‑requested activities to meet deliverables.
• Prepare and present reports on ticket volume and resolution to business leaders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for any operational issues that arise.
• Support the Talent Management and Development Program by providing feedback and identifying training needs.
