About the Programme
The AVBOB Internship Programme is a 12‑month opportunity for South African graduates aged 18 to 35. You will work at a company with more than a century of experience, known for its strong values, focus on employee development, and rewards for excellent performance.
As an intern you will gain practical experience, learn industry practices, and contribute to real projects across the organization.
Who Should Apply?
Applicants must hold a recognised qualification from a university or college in one of the following fields:
- Financial/Investment Certificate
- Compliance Management Certificate
- Labour Law/HR Certificate
- Business Administration Certificate
- Human Resource Management Certificate
All qualifications must have been obtained in Gauteng. Candidates who have already served as interns at AVBOB are not eligible.
Eligibility and Requirements
- South African citizen
- Ages 18 – 35
- Completion of Grade 12 and a tertiary qualification (or recent academic records)
- Valid South African ID
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in learning and contributing to a long‑standing company
