About the Role
AVBOB, an established company with over 100 years of experience, is looking for a clerk to support our branch administration team at the Montana Insurance Office.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and customer‑service skills, be comfortable with routine office tasks, and be eager to grow within a company that rewards performance and values employee development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with reception duties and greet clients
- Type and maintain accurate records
- Operate switchboard and direct phone calls
- Provide client service support
- Input data and scan documents into the system
- Carry out general office duties as required
- Handle petty cash transactions and record keeping
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant office administration experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
