Meadow Feeds is more than just feed – we have supplied safe, high‑quality feed to southern African livestock producers for 80 years. As the largest feed company in Africa, we provide innovative solutions and a full range of technical services, including nutrition advice, feeding programmes, animal husbandry, and production techniques. This role focuses on managing creditors for our Randfontein site.

Key Responsibilities

• Process raw material and sundry payments and manage contracts
• Maintain and reconcile intercompany balances and confirmations
• Create monthly creditors reports
• Balance creditors module and perform general ledger reconciliations
• Daily balance control accounts for creditors
• Capture and match invoices accurately
• Act as a liaison between clients and vendors on payment matters

Requirements

• Grade 12 plus a suitable tertiary qualification (advantageous)
• 2–3 years’ experience in a creditors or debtors environment
• Strong sense of integrity and assertiveness
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Great Plains, and Outlook
• Self‑motivated, organised, and able to work accurately and independently
• Hardworking, honest, and willing to work overtime when required
