Key Responsibilities
- Accurately capture and process service request forms.
- Update and maintain patient records with precision.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Support the strengthening of client relationships through reliable data management.
- Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Grade 12 certificate with a focus on Typing or Computer Practice/Studies.
- Minimum of six months of data capturing experience within the pathology or medical industry.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 60 words per minute).
- Confident computer literacy and system navigation skills.
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
- Strong numerical reasoning skills for basic calculations.
- Keen attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
- Mindset of continuous learning and professional development.
Hours of Work
45 hours per week, 5 days a week.
