As an Admin Clerk in our Accounts Receivable department, you will play a vital and valued role in ensuring financial accuracy and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage incoming payments with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain and update financial records within the accounts receivable system.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Communicate with clients regarding their accounts and invoices in a professional manner.
- Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Support the broader financial operations team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Education & Qualification
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 certificate is required.

Experience & Skills
- A minimum of 1 year of general experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar financial environment.

- A strong focus on accuracy and detail in all tasks.
