The ADvTECH ECD Internship Programme

ADvTECH Schools welcomes students who are studying or plan to study Early Childhood Development (ECD) to join our internship programme. The internship offers practical, hands‑on experience while you pursue your studies.

About the Opportunity

As an ECD Intern you will assist experienced teachers in creating engaging, child‑centred learning spaces that encourage curiosity, emotional growth and foundational skills for children aged 0‑6 years. You will receive structured mentorship, training and exposure to modern teaching tools and evidence‑based practices.

Minimum Requirements

• Currently studying or intending to study for an ECD qualification (Higher Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent).
• Passion for early childhood development and for working with children aged 0‑6 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A nurturing, patient, child‑centred approach to learning.
• Willingness to learn, grow and actively participate in the ECD environment.
• Alignment with ADvTECH Schools values and ethos.
