Introduction
We are looking for an Administrator to support the Human Capital Function in Germiston. The role involves transactional and administrative processing within HR. The position is located in Rosherville and is a single opening.
Job Description
The Administrator will carry out a range of HR administrative tasks, including payroll processing, customer interaction, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include:
- Managing payroll and related administrative tasks.
- Providing excellent customer relations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting continuous improvement activities within the HR team.
- Participating in SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) initiatives.

Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):
- Matric with an HR related certificate and 5 years of experience
- Or a Diploma in HR / Payroll
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in an HR administrative role
- Experience with SAP HR
