Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced administrator to support the National Manager – Operations Support. The role involves coordinating administrative tasks, managing reports, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations for the Europcar and Tempest Car Hire business units.

Position Responsibilities

  • Assist the National Manager with daily administrative duties.
  • Prepare and follow up on daily reports, highlighting gaps and feedback requirements.
  • Compile monthly statistics, overtime, commissions and incentive submissions for HR/Payroll.
  • Maintain accurate records for the Operations Support Office.
  • Arrange meetings, travel requests, and other logistics on behalf of the manager.
  • Update and submit current organograms for the regions.
  • Process and authorize Sage X3 orders as directed by management.
  • Handle occupational health & safety administrative tasks.
  • Manage updates for branch networks, delivery/collection areas, Greenway systems, and e‑commerce platforms.
  • Update Mediatech/Close the Loop (NPS) reports monthly.
  • Carry out other general administrative duties as required.

Minimum Experience

At least 5 years of relevant administration experience in a similar environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business Management or other relevant tertiary qualifications.

Minimum Requirements

  • Computer literate; comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Sage X3/People, OnBase, Power BI, and vehicle tracking portals.
  • Valid, unendorsed driver’s licence.
