Role Summary
This position is responsible for maintaining effective administrative functions at the branch. It includes processing documents, generating reports, managing stock records, and providing excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, file, and process delivery notes; assist with ad‑hoc receiving duties.
- Verify document number sequences in the system.
- Maintain positive client relationships and resolve client queries.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports (e.g., outstanding claims, purchase orders, negative on‑hand).
- Prepare and capture stock‑taking reports; support quarterly stock takes.
- Generate variance reports and report any discrepancies to the line manager.
Requirements
Minimum Education / Training
Grade 12
Minimum Work Experience
1 year of administration experience
Technical Knowledge & Competencies
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
