We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Executive & Ops Associate in Century City, Cape Town. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Calling: Engage with prospective candidates and help drive our talent pipeline
- Content Posting: Manage and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Diary Management: Organise and maintain the executive calendar, including meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
- Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, document preparation, and task follow-through
- Office Operations Management: Oversee office functions, supplies, and ensure the smooth running of the office environment
Who You Are
- Hyper-organised and proactive by nature
- Comfortable making calls, managing calendars, and juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communicator with a sharp eye for detail
- Social media savvy (especially LinkedIn)
- A team player who takes initiative and sees things through
Remuneration
- Basic Salary: R10,000 – R15,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Incentives: Monthly performance-based incentives on top of base package

Experience
- 1 to 2 years in Financial Advisory & Consulting Services
- 2 to 5 years as an Admin Clerk
Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Matric
