We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Executive & Ops Associate in Century City, Cape Town. Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Calling: Engage with prospective candidates and help drive our talent pipeline
  • Content Posting: Manage and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Diary Management: Organise and maintain the executive calendar, including meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, document preparation, and task follow-through
  • Office Operations Management: Oversee office functions, supplies, and ensure the smooth running of the office environment

Who You Are

  • Hyper-organised and proactive by nature
  • Comfortable making calls, managing calendars, and juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communicator with a sharp eye for detail
  • Social media savvy (especially LinkedIn)
  • A team player who takes initiative and sees things through

Remuneration

  • Basic Salary: R10,000 – R15,000 per month (depending on experience)
  • Incentives: Monthly performance-based incentives on top of base package

Experience
