Job Description

We are looking for an Admin Clerk to join our Dry‑Goods Warehouse team in Springs. The successful candidate will report to the Dry‑Goods Admin Controller and support daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle stock variances and ensure accurate records.
  • Assist with loss and write‑off administration.
  • Maintain effective housekeeping and workplace improvements.
  • Control ISO procedures and internal control checklists.
  • Help compile the annual warehouse budget and forecasts.
  • Support daily and monthly stock‑take processes.
  • Coordinate loading and off‑loading of contracted transport.
  • Assist in overall warehouse goods management.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1‑2 years of warehouse administration experience.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially intermediate Excel.
  • Familiarity with SAP (beneficial).
  • Understanding of SOPs in a warehouse environment.
  • Experience in stock management.
  • Knowledge of ISO and HACCP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Dynamic, energetic, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Active participation in MDT activities.
  • Good leadership behaviour and adherence to company values.
