About the Role

This position is based in the Maintenance Department at Nederburg in Paarl. The successful candidate will report directly to the Engineering Specialist and support the maintenance activities for the Paarl Cluster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks for the Paarl Cluster.
  • Manage workshop consumables and order spares and parts as needed.
  • Maintain project management master data and create requisitions for all maintenance requests.
  • Prepare requisitions for approved CAPEX and abnormal maintenance requests.
  • Create job cards, prepare monthly reports, and conduct full stock takes.
  • Assist with annual budget preparation and capture budget information in SAP.
  • Support audit processes and complete ad‑hoc duties and projects.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum Grade 12 qualification; accounting qualification is advantageous.
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience in a maintenance environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in operational finance.
  • Proficiency with SAP and Coupa.
