Admin Associate – Springs Mall

About the Position

The Admin Associate will support day‑to‑day operations at the Homechoice showroom located in Springs, Gauteng. You will handle customer enquiries, process payments and returns, manage store stock, and maintain a welcoming sales environment. Your main goal is to help the team increase sales through excellent customer service and efficient administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and accurate customer service, guiding customers through account opening, ordering and payment processes.
  • Process customer payments, refunds and credits efficiently.
  • Handle product returns and maintain store administration records.
  • Oversee daily stock management and visual merchandising to keep the showroom attractive and fully stocked.
  • Track and report on inventory levels and sales targets.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards for a clean and safe shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to uncover and activate new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Grade 12/Matric or NQFL Level 3/4.
  • Minimum 1 year of retail store experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Must not be debarred or declared not fit and proper under the FAIS Act.
